I’m a research-oriented UX designer. Motivated by pairing user needs and business goals, I cultivate high impact customer experiences, leading to higher conversion rates. My M.Sc. in Interaction Design, combined with my B.A. allows me to deliver prototypes backed by both user-centric theories and visual design principles.

Refining a podcast’s site to improve blog, retail, and listening experiences. Working directly with the owner & facilitating UX research with actual listeners to create a memorable, useful, and usable website. After A/B testing the old site against the prototype, it achieved an impressive 96.6% Net Promoter Score.
Winning 2nd place in the 2024 Women’s Rights Buildathon sponsored by Baddies in Tech. Serene tackles domestic violence this problem by providing a discreet and disguised safety app. Posing as a regular e-commerce app with a hidden panic button and generative AI to empower women.
Building a compact fintech app for money management designed to reach specific financial goals. This conceptual project included UX research, sketching, user interviews, persona creation, user journey mapping, prototyping, UX writing, user testing, and more design processes.
Transforming a remote radiograph analysis businesses’ site. Including a holistic research approach to optimize design, usability, functionality, and content find-ability. Boosting conversion rate optimization & decreasing consultation booking times by 58 seconds. This design was adapted by a developer and is live now!
